iDuck.AI ("we", "us") is an AI workspace that connects your business data — tasks, projects, deals, and team information — to help you draft, brief, and answer questions in context. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information you provide at sign-up (name, email), the business records you create or import, and data from integrations you connect (such as Google Calendar, Slack, or accounting apps). We also collect basic usage and device information to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use your data
We use your data to run the product: generate briefings and AI-drafted content, show your dashboards, and power the assistants you ask questions to. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
AI processing
When you ask the assistant to act, relevant context from your workspace may be sent to our language model providers to generate a response. We choose providers that limit reuse of your data for their own training purposes where available.
Integrations
Connecting a third-party tool is always your choice. We only request the scopes needed for the feature you enable, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete records at any time, and account deletion removes associated data within a reasonable period.
Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring — but no system is perfectly secure. We will notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.
